Dosage

Therapeutic dose - Take one 8.2g dose (using supplied measuring scoop) twice daily.
Maintenance dose - Take one dose daily.
Children under 12 years - as professionally prescribed.
Place one dose in 250 mL of cold water or juice. Stir to dissolve and drink immediately. Drink plenty of water.

Apple Fibre 700 mg
Inulin 500 mg
Pectin 350 mg

In a base of oat bran, apple fibre powder, citrus fibre powder, Stevia rebaudiana (stevia) extract, cellulose microcrystaline and orange flavour.
