Dosage
Take one to two tablets every two to four hours as needed, up to the maximum recommended daily dose.
Formulation
- Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark) extract equivalent to dry stem bark 500 mg
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome Powder 500 mg
- Dioscorea villosa (Wild Yam) extract equivalent to dry root & rhizome 1 g
(standardised to contain Diosgenin 7 mg)
- Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) extract equivalent to dry root & rhizome 500 mg
