Dosage

• Therapeutic dose - Take one tablet with breakfast, one tablet with lunch.
• Maintenance dose - Take one tablet with breakfast.
• Children under 12 years - As professionally prescribed.

This is a Sustained Release formula - swallow the tablet whole, do not chew.

Concomitant Treatment

For additional stress support, when associated with chronic ilness, consider Withania Compound or Herbal Energy BioGel.
